Clavister reserves the right to change the dates and times at short notice, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Certification
The cost of a certification test (online) is included with the course and will take about two hours to complete.
Students passing the certification test will receive a diploma that warrants the skills on managing and administrating Clavister Security Gateways.
Description of the Lab Environment
Maximum available seats
Maximum number of students participating to this course is four or eight* (4 or 8*).
*Up to four Lab PC are available but two students joining from the same physical location can share the same virtual Lab PC.
Course Cancellation – Too Few Attendees
The course will only be held if there are four or more paying attendees one week before the course date.
In case of course cancelation, all students who signed up for the course will be notified minimum 5 days in advance and will have the possibility to schedule a new course date.
Login Account Information and Self-Study Materials
Login credentials and self studies exercises will be e-mailed to the attendees 5 days in advance of the course date.
If you have not received an invitation 5 days in advance, please contact Clavister Education (see address below).
Cancellation/No Show Policy
You may cancel/transfer your enrolment at no less than one week prior to the date when the class is running without penalty.
If you cancel less than one week prior to the date when the class is running, a 'No Show' fee of 100% of the event cost will be charged or 100% of the pre-paid course fee will be lost.
Substitutions can and will be accepted.
All cancellations or transfers of your enrolment must be provided by email to: [email protected].
